Two seconds in, and I was already hooked. This album is incredible, and an early contender for 2019’s AOTY for me.
Helevorn – Aamamata

Sickeningly heavy with stunning melodies. What’s not to love about that?
Marc Durkee – Remain In Stasis

Dark and moody, with plenty of earworms to get under your skin. A stunning piece of work.

This album has got such good energy, great riffs and groovy bass lines. It’s almost perfect.
Örnatorpet – Hymner FrÃ¥n Snökulla

These glacial high notes hide a depth of beauty preserved in technology. It’s majestic tones are as if they were formed in the heavens themselves. This is all to say it’s really good and inspiring.
Oomph! – Ritual
Track to check out: Im Namen des Vaters

Although not as catchy as their earlier works, Ritual has still got the same tongue in cheek humour and wry sensibilities that has helped propel the group through the years.
