Following their 25th anniversary in 2019 Skunk Anansie have announced a headline tour for June 2020!
The band spent most of last year on the road along with releasing their first music in three years with tracks ‘What You Do For Love’ and ‘This Means Wars’. Both tracks will be made available as a limited run ‘collector’s edition’ double A-side vinyl 7” in April, with pre-orders available from Friday via https://skunkanansie.tmstor.es/
Recently Skin stunned audiences dressed as the Duck on ITV’s show ‘The Masked Singer’ singing renditions of ‘Ave Maria’, Madonna’s ‘Like A Virgin’, Stormzy’s ‘Blinded By Your Grace’ and Celine Dion’s ‘My Heart Will Go On’.
Skin has also just announced her first memoir co-written by respected journalist and friend Lucy O’Brien which will reflect on her incredible journey from her working class Brixton roots to the Glastonbury and international stage. The book is due for publication in September 2020 with Simon and Schuster and available to pre-order now.
Ticket presale opens on Wednesday 5th February and tickets go on general sale this Friday 7th February.
